Leadership Victoria is a social enterprise which helps Victoria, Australia and the world make progress on complex issues. We foster leadership wisdom, we run leadership activities, and we work with a network of dozens of organisations and thousands of business, government and community members to help create a better world.

These two positions result from continuing growth at Leadership Victoria. You’ll join a wonderful 25-person staff team, and be part of a 3,000-strong network of supporters and contributors. You’ll help increase our impact and help change people’s lives. Based in the CBD and with nationwide activities, it’s a great work environment, great cafes nearby, intellectually vibrant and stimulating, and provides a strong sense of personal purpose and development.
Marketing and Communications (two positions: 1 x Manager, 1 x Co-ordinator)
Do you have marketing and/or communications expertise, experience and qualifications? Would you like to work for a truly challenging, truly impactful organisation that connects civic, government and business organisations in an amazing network? Perhaps you have a background or interest in training/education and/or leadership development or a related field? And do you want to help a vibrant purpose-driven social enterprise contribute to creating a better world? Then one of these roles could be perfect for you.
These exciting roles are an opportunity to develop and implement Leadership Victoria’s marketing and communications strategy, grow our brand and reach, and build our digital presence.
