Leadership Victoria is a social enterprise which helps Victoria, Australia and the world make progress on complex issues.  We foster leadership wisdom, we run leadership activities, and we work with a network of dozens of organisations and thousands of business, government and community members to help create a better world.

These positions result from continuing growth at Leadership Victoria.   You’ll join a wonderful 25-person staff team, and be part of a 3,000-strong network of supporters and contributors.  You’ll help increase our impact and help change people’s lives. Based in the CBD and with nationwide activities, it’s a great work environment and provides a strong sense of personal purpose and development.

 

1. Marketing and Communications (two positions: 1 x Manager, 1 x Co-ordinator)

2. Leadership Co-ordinator

Are you a skilled project manager?  With experience in quality and continuous improvement systems?   Do you have a background or interest in training/education and/or leadership development or a related field?    Do you want to help a vibrant purpose-driven social enterprise contribute to creating a better world? Then this role could be perfect for you.

The Leadership Coordinator supports the coordination and implementation of Leadership Victoria’s leadership development programs and activities using a project management framework.

You will work with the Operations team to plan, implement and continuously improve a portfolio of projects derived from the more than 60 leadership development programs and other activities Leadership Victoria undertakes each year. In addition, you have the opportunity to lead the design of new quality and improvement framework within the organisation.
