Leadership Victoria is a social enterprise which helps Victoria, Australia and the world make progress on complex issues.  We foster leadership wisdom, we run leadership activities, and we work with a network of dozens of organisations and thousands of business, government and community members to help create a better world.

LV continues to enjoy outstanding success in fostering leadership for progress on complex issues.  We are growing our activities across Victoria, around Australia, and with global connections.

You’ll join a wonderful 25-person staff team, and be part of a 3,000-strong network of supporters and contributors.  You’ll help increase our impact and help change people’s lives. Based in the CBD and with nationwide activities, it’s a great work environment, great cafes nearby, intellectually vibrant and stimulating, and provides a strong sense of personal purpose and development.
