This immersive residential experience offers a chance to pause, learn, reflect, and connect with a diverse network of women leaders in a supportive and nurturing environment.

The Women’s Leadership Program is a 3-day residential retreat for mid-to-senior women leaders looking to lead with purpose, navigate complexity, and drive meaningful change. Through practical strategies and peer learning, participants will build confidence and presence, learn to influence effectively, and explore gender-based workplace challenges.

Women's Leadership Program Facilitator

Dr Katy McDevitt


Dr Katy McDevitt (pronouns: she/her) is the Faculty Lead for Leadership Victoria’s flagship Williamson Community Leadership Program. With an extensive global background in higher education, professional and adult learning, Katy is an accomplished leadership educator, coach and facilitator, who draws on 20+ years of experience developing leaders, teams, partnerships and portfolios in educational, commercial and nonprofit organisations.

A longtime practitioner of adaptive leadership, Katy is a skilled creator and facilitator of leadership experiences that integrate reflective practice, experiential learning and groupwork. Katy is highly regarded for her astute, relational approach, fluidly adapting to the needs of individuals and groups to maximise learning for all.
