Celebrating 35 Years of Purpose-Driven Leadership
25/09/2025Leadership Victoria, in proud partnership with the City of Greater Dandenong and the City of Casey, is pleased to announce the Series 1 cohort of the Future Impact Community Leadership Program, a program designed to elevate citizen leadership and strengthen community resilience.
With generous support from the Helen Macpherson Smith Trust as part of the ‘Citizen Leadership for Resilient Victorian Communities’ project, Leadership Victoria will deliver five series of the 5-day Future Impact Community Leadership Program in peri-urban areas of Melbourne, bringing together leaders from business, public sector, and community/not for profit organisations who are passionate about driving positive social impact where they live and work.
Participants for Series 1 were selected based on their demonstrated commitment to leadership and community contribution. To be eligible, participants need to live and/or work in the City of Greater Dandenong or City of Casey Local Government Areas, have at least one year of leadership or management experience (including in volunteer, sport, or community roles). They must also have a commitment to strengthening their leadership capabilities, learning from and collaborating with a purpose-driven peer group, and contributing to meaningful community projects.
Leadership Victoria welcomes and celebrates diversity in all its forms, encouraging participation from people across sectors, generations, abilities, backgrounds and lived experience.
