Cultivating Adaptive Leadership Overview

Cultivating Adaptive Leadership is a practical, 1-day workshop that introduces the Adaptive Leadership framework and applies it directly to the real world challenges leaders face in their roles and organisations.

The workshop creates space for reflection, discussion and effective tools that help participants work more deliberately in times of uncertainty.

Throughout the workshop, participants will:

  • Work on a live leadership case from their own context
  • Identify and explore what sits at the edge of their current leadership practice
  • Build simple habits to stay purposeful and composed in times of uncertainty

Participants leave with a shared language, a focused set of practical tools and clear next steps for progressing leadership challenges in their organisation.
