Thinking about applying for the Williamson Community Leadership Program? Here’s what you need to know.

For over 35 years, leaders have stepped into the Williamson Community Leadership Program (WCLP) with a desire to lead with authenticity, clarity, and bring impact to their organisations, communities and beyond.
The program elevates leadership by challenging assumptions, stretching capabilities, and connecting participants with leaders from across sectors who are equally committed to an experiential, transformative learning journey and to contributing to meaningful change.
The experience doesn’t end when the leaders graduate, in fact, that’s when the true impact can be seen. In the six-month post-program survey of the 2024 Williamson Community Leadership Program graduates, leaders reported on how WCLP continues to shape their leadership beyond the program:
