What is Beyond?
‘Beyond’ helps leaders at the peak of their careers to intentionally design their next life phase, explore pathways to continued purpose, and find ways to contribute meaningfully to the community. Designed for those who are, or are planning on, transitioning from full-time work, making a major or late-stage career shift, planning or in retirement, taking a sabbatical, or selling their business. It helps leaders stay engaged and connected while leveraging their portfolio of career-long expertise and networks, and building more.

What to Expect
Beyond draws from the best of Leadership Victoria’s renowned Williamson Community Leadership Program, but is designed for leaders at a very different life stage. The pilot series of the program consists of :
