• has considerable leadership experience that has been further developed by their participation in our renowned leadership programs
• has specialist skills in coaching
• is an independent, lateral-thinking supporter of your evolving leadership practice.

Carried out as a series of structured sessions that are focused on your goals, Leadership Coaching provides the ultimate individualised support for you to face your leadership challenges and develop your leadership practice in the long-term.

Participants

• Coaches: A select group of Leadership Victoria Alumni with specialist coaching skills
• Coachees: Leaders from any sector. This program is especially suited to leaders who are driving major organisational change or who have come to their leadership position through their academic or technical skills set

Duration
Each coaching relationship typically runs over 3 months (10 x 1-1.5 hour sessions). (Note: This arrangement is flexible based on need and availability)
