What is Case-in-Point?

Case-in-Point is a powerful leadership methodology in which leaders use a group (e.g. an executive team meeting) as an immediate case study for progressing the group’s leadership and the issues they are working on.

The Case-in-Point teaching method supports leadership development by providing group members with a heightened awareness of:

  • their own behaviours and the systems they are part of

  • how they can influence group dynamics to make progress

Prepare to use the Case-in-Point method in your teaching and consulting
  • Develop skills to identify patterns, roles and system dynamics

  • Learn to manage yourself when emotions are elevated

  • Practice using Case-in-Point in front of a live audience, with real-time feedback from Leadership Victoria and Kansas Leadership Centre practitioners, plus your colleagues in the room
