Start leading program

This program is open to:

  • Start-up founders (you own the business and employ between one and ten people)
  • First hires and managers of start-ups (one of a start-up’s first five employees taken on by the founder)

Start Leading is a focused leadership development intensive for 25 start-up founders. This innovative program aims to shape participants into leaders for the long haul - for themselves, their current and future projects and for the wider community. The program is fully subsidised (no program fees payable by participants).

The program will include five intensive days (spread over a number of months), covering:

  • key leadership principles
  • the challenges facing start-ups, including sessions with key industry leaders
  • skills sessions
  • coaching and mentoring
  • space to put your learnings into practice between sessions

Applications for this unique leadership development experience are now open, and close 17 August.
