Case-in-Point is a powerful leadership methodology in which leaders use a group (e.g. an executive team meeting) as an immediate case study for progressing the group’s leadership and the issues they are working on.
The Case-in-Point teaching method supports leadership development by providing group members with a heightened awareness of:
their own behaviours and the systems they are part of
how they can influence group dynamics to make progress
Develop skills to identify patterns, roles and system dynamics
Learn to manage yourself when emotions are elevated
Practice using Case-in-Point in front of a live audience, with real-time feedback from Leadership Victoria and Kansas Leadership Centre practitioners, plus your colleagues in the room
Connect with other accomplished leadership development professionals
4.5 days of intensive learning and practice

Monday afternoon and evening, Tuesday - Wednesday all day; Thursday all day and evening dinner, Friday full day (4pm completion). The evening activities are optional, but encouraged.
