Susan Provan talks leadership with LV
Susan Provan has been Festival Director at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival for more than 15 years. She has taken it from a fairly small, niche event to one of the biggest festivals on the international calendar.
Recently, she sat down to chat with LV’s Marketing & Communications Manager Stefan Grun about the value of both youth and experience, working with limited resources, and why she still loves comedy.
