Conducting Great Experiments in Leadership.

Innovative. Interactive. Illuminating. Leadership Lab is a new ideas hub that focuses on leadership innovation in the 21st century.

Via the Lab, leaders spanning the business, not-for-profit and government sectors will create, debate and disseminate their ideas for outstanding leadership practice – ideas that aim to create ‘better living through leadership’ for us all.

Over the course of this year, look out for Leadership Lab:

• online: In the coming months, Leadership Lab will have its own online space – a dynamic virtual lab for leaders to brainstorm and test their ideas, and share resources
• in-person: Leadership Lab’s event series will include forums, seminars, workshops, think tanks and intimate ’salon-style’ gatherings. Under the event series, we will also continue to present our Leadership Oration (a highly-anticipated annual event featuring a presentation by an esteemed leader. Past speakers include Jose Ramos Horta, Michael Kirby, Edward de Bono, and Patrick Dodson).
