A New Space for Creative Leadership.

Welcome to a new space for exploring leadership innovation: our Leaders in Residence program.

This program has been modelled on the tradition of hosting ‘artists in residence’. As with artist residencies, our Leaders in Residence program fosters creativity: it provides a space for creative thought. Each resident leader will invent innovative ideas that can be shared as actionable insights.

Via residencies spanning from a few days to an entire year, our Leaders in Residence will use their expertise to analyse vital issues that are of cross-sectoral significance. They will share their opinions and cutting-edge solutions in a range of further spaces, such as forums, masterclasses, mentorship sessions, and publications.
