Igniting Leadership
The Ideal Introduction to the Leadership Landscape.
Igniting Leadership is a concentrated learning experience that is designed to foster a new generation of leaders.
Featuring an exciting mix of seminars, scenario-based learning, reflection sessions and other activities, this intensive program is aimed squarely at developing the leadership abilities of individuals with high leadership potential. Its focus is on shifting from ‘internal leadership’ to a broader, richer understanding of leadership – as practised personally and professionally, globally and locally, and across sectors and generations. Igniting Leadership grounds the subject of leadership in contemporary considerations that are vital to the practice of leadership today.
“Rather like respect, true leadership is a mantle to be earned… We must continuously encourage people to step up and be counted, to accept the mantle of leadership and to be fully aware of the responsibilities involved.”
Imelda Roche AO, Philanthropist, 1996 Leadership Victoria Oration
