Leadership in the Long-Term.

How do great leaders lead in the long-term – both at an organisation and over the span of their careers? What is sustainable leadership? ExperienceBank has been designed specifically for accomplished leaders who have held leadership roles for a considerable portion of their career.

Examining vital matters of leadership and longevity, ExperienceBank uses an approach that is both hands-on and individualised. During an initial 4-month phase, participants attend a stimulating series of seminars. During these sessions, participants learn from inspiring guest speakers and in turn share their considerable knowledge and perspectives. These already-accomplished participants then embark on their next accomplishment: a placement to further broaden their leadership capabilities and put their new knowledge to work. Throughout the program, participants are supported via one-on-one coaching sessions.

At the conclusion of this unique leadership development experience, the participants graduate as ExperienceBank Associates, joining our network of Alumni.

Participants

Established leaders with over 15 years of leadership experience.
Duration

Approximately 12 months in total. Phase 1 (seminar series) runs over 4 months; placement duration is negotiated individually.
