WHAT'S ON IN MAY
23 and 24 May: LV - Blanchard Institute Special Program: Leading People Through Change - Two Day Workshop
Victoria is in a time of many challenges and great change. How do we lead through this change? Contrary to popular belief, people do not resist change; they resist being controlled. How do we lead without too much contolling?
LV is proud to be team up with the Ken Blanchard Companies to bring a two-day program on "Leading People Through Change": a very topical, urgently needed program. Ken Blanchard is author of more than 30 books, including "The One Minute Manager", and his company's programs are global classics.
Internationally acclaimed the Ken Blanchard Companies (Ken is the author of The One Minute Manager) has teamed up with LV to bring this two day program to Australia.
The Leading People Through Change model is both dignostic (teaching leaders to recognise the stages of concern) and prescriptive (guiding them to select the appropriate change strategies). Participants learn that different people are going to be in different stages of concern throughout a change process, and therefore they should adjust their behaviour based on the situation.
Numbers are limited to 20 so don't miss out and enrol today! Click here for more information and to enrol.

Sue was awarded her AO (Officer of the Order of Australia) on 26 January 2007 recognising her long and outstanding contribution to major medical research institutions, particularly as a philanthropist, fundraiser and advocate for juvenile diabetes care and research.
