This series covers key topics such as the changing world of not-for-profit organisations, legal and non-legal responsibilities of not-for-profit board members, appraising your board, and much more.

Participants
Individuals who:

• are considering serving on a board or have recently joined a board
• are already board members and want a broader perspective on their organisation and the contribution they can make
• want to refresh their knowledge of not-for-profit governance.

20 hours (run over 5 nights)
