Leadership Victoria is a social enterprise which helps Victoria, Australia and the world make progress on complex issues.  We run leadership programs and we work with a network of 3000 graduates on large scale projects to help create a better world.

Tender and Submissions Co-ordinator

Reports to: Manager, Engagement
Hours: Part time; 0.6EFT, or flexible
Key liaisons: Management Team and staff, external contractors and stakeholders
Location: Leadership Victoria (LV), 20 Spring Street, Melbourne 3000

We seek a Tender and Submissions Co-ordinator to scan for and respond to tenders, co-ordinate and write philanthropic grants, government submissions, and to assist in commissioning and reporting on the resultant projects.

Projects Co-ordinator

Reports to: Manager, Engagement
Hours:  Full time; possible part-time to 0.8EFT
Key liaisons:  Funders, LD participants, staff, volunteer mentors, others
Location:   Leadership Victoria (LV), 20 Spring Street, Melbourne 3000

We are seeking a well-organised individual with good interpersonal skills, with experience in project management in either the human resources OR human services fields.

The Projects Co-ordinator will be responsible for co-ordinating key programs including the Joan Kirner Emerging Women’s Leadership Program, a Women’s Board Leadership Program, and the New and Emerging Communities Leadership Programs, by arranging program recruitment, selection and orientation.

Coaching and Services Co-ordinator

Reports to: Operations Manager
Hours:  Full time; possible part-time to 0.8EFT

Key liaisons: Management Team and staff, external contractors and stakeholders

We seek a Coaching and Service co-ordinator to assist in processing enrolments and recruitment for leadership and the coaching programs, as well as providing administrative and logistics support for events and program activities (including evening activities).

The diverse role offers lots of interpersonal interactions and satisfying projects and would suit a person with a background in human services or human resources.
